Someone who gets fired up about creating new possibilities, shaping strategic conversations, and opening doors, someone who can sit across the table from a CEO or CPO and speak their language—because they understand people, business, and what makes both tick.

Requirements

What you’ll drive

  • Craft and own the business development playbook from the ground up

  • Build high-trust relationships with CEOs, CPOs, and business leaders

  • Lead strategic pursuits and bring in marquee clients

  • Explore partnerships with HR tech platforms, universities, and ecosystem players

  • Set up the foundations—CRM, dashboards, rhythms—and shape the future BD team


What you bring

  • 5–8 years in consulting, HR services, or high-value B2B sales

  • Strong CXO connects and the ability to turn conversations into long-term partnerships

  • Deep understanding of leadership, talent, and people transformation

  • The hunger to build, backed by strategic thinking and hustle
