Someone who gets fired up about creating new possibilities, shaping strategic conversations, and opening doors, someone who can sit across the table from a CEO or CPO and speak their language—because they understand people, business, and what makes both tick.
Requirements
What you’ll drive
Craft and own the business development playbook from the ground up
Build high-trust relationships with CEOs, CPOs, and business leaders
Lead strategic pursuits and bring in marquee clients
Explore partnerships with HR tech platforms, universities, and ecosystem players
Set up the foundations—CRM, dashboards, rhythms—and shape the future BD team
What you bring
5–8 years in consulting, HR services, or high-value B2B sales
Strong CXO connects and the ability to turn conversations into long-term partnerships
Deep understanding of leadership, talent, and people transformation
